Antoinette Lattouf is a multi-award-winning journalist, broadcaster, and author known for her sharp insights, advocacy for diversity, and commitment to mental health awareness. As co-host of The Briefing, Listnr’s daily news and analysis podcast, and a guest host for ABC Sydney, Antoinette provides a trusted voice in Australian media. Her columns appear regularly in top publications like the Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian, Mamamia, and Women’s Agenda.

With a diverse media career spanning roles at Network 10, SBS, ABC, and triple j, Antoinette has become a familiar face and voice on Australian television and radio, regularly appearing as a commentator on programs like Q&A, The Drum, Insiders, and Sky News. She has also guest-hosted ABC’s Catalyst and worked with major outlets on issues of race, gender, and inclusion.

As a diversity advocate, Antoinette co-founded Media Diversity Australia, a not-for-profit focused on increasing cultural and linguistic diversity in the media. Her passion for social change extends to her book, How to Lose Friends and Influence White People, published by Penguin Random House in 2022. A witty and accessible anti-racism guide, the book explores systemic racism in Australia and offers practical, evidence-based solutions for individuals and communities seeking change.

A recipient of numerous accolades, Antoinette was named among the Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence in 2019 and won a Women’s Agenda Leadership Award in 2021. In 2022, she was a finalist for Influencer of the Year at the Third Sector Awards.

In addition to her media career, Antoinette is a passionate mental health advocate, serving as an Ambassador for the Gidget Foundation following her own experience with post-natal depression and anxiety. She has candidly shared her story on ABC’s You Can’t Ask That, helping to break down stigma surrounding mental health.

Antoinette is also a sought-after MC and keynote speaker, having worked with a wide range of not-for-profits, government agencies, major brands, and at events such as writer’s festivals, fundraisers, and corporate conferences. With her unique blend of humour, authenticity, and expertise, she inspires audiences to engage with difficult conversations around race, mental health, and social change.

When she’s not speaking or writing, Antoinette can be found embracing her chaotic but joyful life as a mother of two girls — and, despite her self-confessed struggle with reverse parking, she continues to drive forward both her career and her commitment to making the world a better place.
