Andrea Clarke is an award-winning author and work futurist at SOON Futures, inspiring leaders and learners to shape the future of work with confidence and agility. She helps individuals and organisations build adaptive intelligence, turning change into opportunity through simple tactics, small habits, and compelling stories that reveal what’s truly possible.

Over the past decade, she has designed and delivered leadership programs that enhance adaptability at scale and strengthen personal agency across teams, working with clients including Rio Tinto, Austrade, and NBN.

Her first book, Future Fit (2019), was awarded Australian Business Book of the Year and shortlisted at the UK Business Book Awards. Her second book, Adapt (2025), published by Simon & Schuster, outlines four high-AQ habits to lead change more effectively and is available in Australia and the UK.

Before moving into leadership and capability development, she was a television news reporter in Washington, D.C., covering breaking news for Reuters and Al Jazeera English, and worked across humanitarian aid securing USAID and U.S. State Department grants to support reconstruction in Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, and Georgia.
