Adrian Hayes is a British record-breaking adventurer with a wealth of experience in leadership, team building, and business coaching. A former British Army Gurkha Officer with two years in the Special Forces, Adrian has summited Mount Everest and K2, conquered both the North and South Poles, and crossed Greenland by kite-ski. He has achieved two Guinness World Records, written two books, and appeared in three documentaries, including for National Geographic and Discovery Channel.
Adrian is also an exceptional keynote speaker, known for his powerful and results-driven presentations, motivational talks, and coaching sessions. His unique blend of extreme adventure and senior corporate leadership—including six years as Airbus Middle East Sales Director—enables him to inspire audiences across a range of industries.
A passionate advocate for sustainability, Adrian focuses on the ‘triple bottom line’ of People, Planet, and Profit. He is a patron of the Population Matters and CHASE Africa charities and an advisor to the European Mars One project. As an MC and conference facilitator, Adrian engages audiences from small groups to large-scale events, always tailoring his approach to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
