Yvonne Adele is a regular social media commentator, speaker and panellist, the Vice President of the National Speakers Association of Australia and a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional).

In the mid-90s, Yvonne created the Ms Megabyte persona, making good use of her corporate experience and Microsoft background. A national media profile, a best-selling book and then a professional speaking career soon followed.

Now Yvonne helps organisations build an ideas culture by teaching people at all levels to access their untapped creative thinking skills. She believes everyone has unlimited ability to think creatively about everyday challenges, and she is on a mission to show people how to unleash those hidden talents. She calls it a 'friendly poke in the eye'.

Having achieved the National Speakers Association's highest international designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Yvonne Adele motivates audiences from all walks of life to embrace creative thinking techniques. These techniques are used for business growth as well as personal development. Audiences range from ten person in-house teams to 1000 person conferences.

Yvonne used her own brainstorming techniques to invent the world-first 'Ideas While You Sleep' - an overnight globally crowdsourced brainstorming service, giving customers around 100 ideas to solve any business challenge within a day. She mobilised her workforce of over 500 virtual Ideas Agents using Twitter (by March 2011 she had over 13,000 followers).
