Kevin Panozza founded SalesForce in partnership with advertising agency DDB in 1994 and built it into the most successful, outsourced sales and customer service business in Australia and NZ. A dynamic, entertaining and impactful presenter, Kevin uses his lifetime of experience and passion for creating stimulating work environments to help other organizations create positive change aimed at engaging staff and enhancing performance.
As Managing Director of SalesForce Kevin established a team that achieved very strong revenue growth, consistent profit growth, and organisational stability in a small, very competitive market. Durig his time with the company, SalesForce achieved a global reputation for deploying emerging technologies, and new techniques for customer sales and service.
Kevin's strong personal convictions about creating stimulating work environments and empowering cultures resulted in SalesForce being voted 'Best Employer in Australia and New Zealand' in the Hewitt Bi-annual survey 2004, 2005 and 2007 - the first time any Australian company has been honoured with three consecutive awards. SalesForce was recognised in 2007 amongst the top half dozen employers in Asia.
Today SalesForce provides more than 60 national and international companies, with selling and customer service solutions. The company employs over 2,500 contractors and staff in Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand.
In 2005 SalesForce was acquired by Salmat, an ASX 200 company, and Kevin was appointed SalesForce Chief Executive Officer. In 2008, Kevin Panossa left SalesForce to found Engagement Matters.
