Paul Tonich is one of the three founding principals of Force First National, one of Western Australia's most successful Real Estate Offices. His business currently employs over 40 staff across 2 offices. Paul has been an integral part of the company's success since its inception and during his 8 years in Real Estate

Growing up - one of five children, Paul actively worked in the family businesses - acquiring sales, customer service and business management skills at a very early age. A desire to serve and protect the community led Paul to join the WA Police at the tender age of 17. Paul served ten years with the WA Police Service during which time he developed specialist skills in high level investigations through his work as a detective and police negotiator.

Soon after leaving the WA Police Service, Paul began a career in Real Estate Sales. With no formal business training, but a determination to succeed, Paul set out to meet and study some of Australia's most successful business people. Paul is the first to confess that his phenomenal success in business and sales is largely the result of learning from the successes and mistakes of others. His willingness to embrace change and technology and his unconventional approach to building and managing teams has given him a significant edge over his competitors - enabling him to bring in annual gross commission in excess of $1.6million per year whilst spending more time enjoying his family and personal pursuits.

Paul is a strong believer in life balance and is committed to managing his time so that his family always comes first. Married with two young children and a self confessed 'running junkie' - Paul still manages to slip in a couple of marathons a year to 'push the boundaries' and keep himself sharp.

Achieving the goals Paul sets for himself would not be possible without a great support team. Paul has five personal assistants that all have their own roles within the team - helping to create and maintain the business as Paul carries an average of 40-60 listings at a time.

For the past four years, Paul has actively shared his systems, disciplines and strategies to a wide range of groups throughout Australia and New Zealand both within and outside the real estate industry. Paul has found a real passion for training others and sharing his knowledge and experience with people who are interested in reaching their potential both professionally and personally. This passion has led Paul to create his own unique sales and management training company - Paul Tonich Seminars.
