Peter Ernest is internationally recognised as a dynamic motivational speaker and powerful facilitator of change, having presented and facilitated conferences throughout the world for almost 20 years.

As the CEO of Values Journey, Peter Ernest created, developed and now licenses Values Journey, an innovative and engaging process, to explore and transform personal values, team performance and organisational culture.

Using the concepts of Values Journey, Peter Ernest challenges individuals to take personal responsibility and initiate positive change.

Peter Ernest's style is energetic and his enthusiasm contagious. Under Peter's facilitation, clients learn within a stimulating and fun "discovery learning" environment using interactive games and processes to powerfully demonstrate the key principles.

In Australia, Peter Ernest has worked with leading organisations including Australia Post, Australian Unity, BHP Billiton, Qantas, the Australian Government and the Department of Defence. He has also worked with top sporting teams including the Australian team to the Maccabiah Games in Israel.

Peter Ernest has been a frequent education resource to the prestigious Young Presidents' Organisation in fifteen countries and was chosen by YPO to deliver the opening keynote to 1200 delegates at their international conference, an honour previously given to Nelson Mandela, President Clinton and Mother Theresa. In addition, Peter Ernest  has presented throughout Asia, in the USA, Africa, the Middle East and in Europe, including a sunrise inspirational talk on top of the Acropolis, in Athens.

Peter Ernest presented his innovative Values Journey process at the 2001 American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) International Convention and Exposition, in Orlando Florida. The event attracted over 12,000 delegates with presenters selected from over 1000 applicants.
