Rob Redenbach is a streetwise leader who has taught customised self-defence programs to Nelson Mandela's Presidential Protection Unit and provided specialised security services to aid workers in the Middle East.

His book Self Defence in 30 Seconds! is required reading for Applied Psychology students at the Cincinnati Christian University and he is ranked by Business Review Weekly as one of Australia's Top 10 professional speakers.

Rob is as comfortable working with a small group of senior managers in an intensive leadership workshop, as he is delivering an entertaining keynote presentation at a business conference for thousands of delegates. He blends humour, experience and hard facts to demonstrate the value of working with (rather than against) people.

More about Rob Redenbach:

Rob holds a Graduate Diploma in Terrorism, Safety and Security from the Australian Graduate School of Policing, Charles Sturt University. He has a Dean's Award for academic excellence and in 2011 he completed the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard University.

A former member of the Australian Defence Force, Rob's post-military experiences include; managing a security company in Papua New Guinea, working with the bodyguard team of Nelson Mandela in South Africa, teaching his own system of defensive tactics to the United States FBI and the British SAS and providing security services to aid-workers in Kenya, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Based on Australia's Gold Coast, Rob regularly presents to business leaders and high-performing teams nationally and internationally. Some of the organisations Rob has provided multiple presentations to include: ANZ, Brambles Industrial Services, Seagate Technologies, Unity Resources Group, Westpac and Zurich Financial Services.
