Workshop facilitation: James' workshops and simulations can last anywhere from 90 minutes to two days and are designed to deliver sessions that activate organisations and accelerate leadership behaviours.

These high energy, high impact workshops and simulations help businesses to form cohesive senior teams and create organisational clarity; strengthen teamwork and leadership. During a simulation, business teams are challenged with real life scenarios that Peak Teams adventurers and facilitators have filmed in the most hostile environments on earth. These scenarios, combined with spectacular footage, personal stories and expert facilitation, provide powerful learning experiences. Simulations are immersive in nature and highly interactive, creating a workshop where teams are pulled together to make engaging critical decisions in an experiential framework.

James then injects toolkit, breakouts and facilitator led workshops to activate delegates in core challenges they face in their businesses. Tailored outcomes are constantly addressed throughout the program.

MyAdventure Program: As the founder of MyAdventure Group, James Castrission harnesses lessons learnt from the most hostile environments on earth, to deliver corporate programs over one or multiple days, that are designed to develop staff performance and drive competitive advantage further, faster.
