Medical miracle and motivator
Dean Clifford has Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). The more commonly referred term is ‘Cotton Wool Kids’. This is a debilitating disease with no cure, usually resulting in an early death.
But no one factored Dean's courage and sheer determination into that equation.
Now 31, Dean has baffled medical science with his survival.
Dean’s presentation is entitled “Dead Man Working”. His story is powerful, moving and empowering and makes one look seriously at life and what we all take for granted.
Dean challenges others to dare to dream and believe in themselves, with his own life experience as the motivational tool. Audiences come away inspired, realising what the power of One can actually achieve.
Here is a young man who will change your life and the perceptions you may have about what can be achieved. Dean has the power and the charisma to change the way we see the world and the way we look at and accept people.
Dean is also the National Ambassador with ACE, promoting awareness and opportunity for people with disabilities to gain access to the workforce in meaningful employment.
