George Kapiniaris is one of Australia's most loved comedy, music and TV stars and has made an incredible impact on popular culture in Australia over the last twenty years.
George's claim to fame was his starring role in the hugely popular Wogs Out Of Work stage show with Nick Giannopoulos. Since then the Australian public has continued to see him use his ethnic heritage as inspiration for future roles and performances.

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Education in Drama and Media Studies, George Kapiniaris has worked continuously in the entertainment industry.
George developed his style of ethnic comedy at College with fellow student, Simon Palomares. They formed the 'Tibaldi Brothers', a stand-up comedy duo that toured the Melbourne cabaret circuit.
George Kapiniaris has been producer and creator of many productions including Acropolis Now, The Last Proxy, The Flares, From George with Love and the extremely successful Il Dago.
George also competed on Star-search where his character 'Pepe' won seven shows in a row. He played 'D.J' in The Flying Doctors for three years and also appeared on Underbelly, Kick and Joker Poker.
George's theatre work has included roles in The Irresistible Rise Of Arturo Ui and Born Yesterday at the MTC, An Evening With Merv Hughes, The Queen & I, Honeymoon In Hellas and The Bench, Fat Pizza and in Guy Masterson's production of Twelve Angry Men.
