Gaia Grant is a perceptive thought leader and communicator who assists with individual and organisational transformation through innovation. She is the co-founder and managing director of Tirian International, a leading international organisational learning and development consulting company, and the co-author of the breakthrough book, Who Killed Creativity Who Killed Creativity?... And How Can We Get It Back? with her partner Andrew Grant.

Gaia has featured on international radio and TV (including BBC and commercial TV programs) and in several international business publications such as the Australian Financial Review & the Asian Wall St Journal. She continues to write for a range of media, and is regularly asked to speak about her thoughts and experiences.

Gaia is also a highly skilled and creative program designer, coach and facilitator with the ability to relate to and engage audiences. Many fortune 500 companies engage her services to assist with design thinking, idea creation and dealing with difficult problems.

Clients that she has helped deliver innovation to include Clients include: Google (Mountain View), Duke University, Optus, Baker & McKenzie, Schneider Electric, Visa Card, JP Morgan, & The Four Seasons hotels.

Gaia has a BA, Dip Ed, BD (Hons), Grad Dip Change Leadership and Masters of Science in Creative Thinking (International Centre for Studies in Creativity (State University of NY /Sydney Uni) leading into a PhD looking at culture change and innovation.

Tirian have been engaged by market innovation leaders to work on a varied range of projects. With Google in the USA, they worked with a team on design future solutions thinking. With Nestle in Switzerland, they designed and facilitated sessions to discover creative ways to use less energy in cooking and bring more nutrition to consumers in emerging markets. They worked with AMP (CEO level) to deal with the new changes to the finance regulations and with Four Seasons Hotels (CEO/GM level) preparing teams to embrace the future of the hospitality industry.

With UBS (London) they helped to ensure that their change management process would be accepted by key stakeholders and with Disney (HK) to create compelling ideas to use for marketing. Their many other clients include: Citibank Asia, J&J R&D teams, Duke University, Genpack, Tech Mahindra, Baker & McKenzie, Daimler, Mercedes Benz, Estee Lauder, Cisco Systems, Dyson, Janssen, Carl Ziess, 3M, Coke, Fuji Xerox, Singtel, Optus.

Together, Gaia and Andrew Grant have authored over 30 corporate educational resources, simulations and programs that are used by Fortune 500 companies and are sold under license worldwide. Their books include A Patch of Paradise and The Rhythm of Life.

Gaia and Andrew have also worked on breakthrough pro bono education projects across Asia, India and Latin America including designing an educational health curriculum that has reached over 25 million people worldwide. As a dynamic husband-and-wife team, they can present separately or partner up to give a unique perspective and presentation.
