Catherine Chenery

Corporate Wellness Expert, Business Mentor & Presenter

Catherine Chenery has decades of experience as a presenter, business mentor and director of Wisdom Factory Corporate Wellness - a company established to grow and develop corporates and individuals throughout Australia with wellbeing programs 'like you've never heard them'.

A second time cancer survivor, triple degree student/ graduate in Communication, Nutrition and Naturopathy, Catherine shares personal anecdotes from her own experiences as well as confronting scenarios as the partner of paramedic and speaker, Paul Spinks. Her message is a no-nonsense delivery that leaves audiences with the question: "Am I micro-managing myself well or micro-managing myself sick?" and 'What am I going to do about it?".

Catherine Chenery understands the rigour of business having previously run her own company, Gihon Media, servicing outbound tourism operators and marketers. She was also a co-director with Prevu and partner of one of the largest online tourism publications, Travelmole.

During Catherine's engaging seminars, workshops and life coaching programs she discusses work and personal stress, suicide and drug use, as well as obesity and cardiac disease. Catherine explains her theory for why 83 per cent of us will have a chronic illness by the age of 65 and leaves attendees with a simple notion: am I micro-managing myself sick or micro-managing myself well?"

If you are seeking performance coaching and personal development either as a keynote, seminar or workshop with a difference then you are looking in the right place.

Catherine Chenery's seminars and workshops include:

Thank you very much for the wonderful opportunity to hear you speak. It was very empowering and a very emotional journey both professionally and personally. The course content was very touching. I was very motivated by listening to you speak, you kept the audience engaged and the knowledge from such an educational based course was very enriching. Your material will assist me greatly with my work… I am very grateful to have met you. It couldn’t have come at a better time as personally I am on a self-discovery journey with financial, mental, physical and emotional challenges. Things are looking up and I’m excited about future prospects

Thanks again for the presentation. It was an eye opener and really hit a note with me, specially you ending story about the chat you had with your son. Sometimes I feel like I’m losing touch with my 15-year-old boy and I need to get an open and honest dialogue happening with him as well as the rest of the clan.

I just wanted to thank you for the session that you conducted at the PA Hospital last week. I attended one of the sessions and I have to say it ‘rang true’ with a lot of personal situations in my life at present. I enjoyed every part of the session.
