Christopher Clark is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading strategic thinkers, business speakers and educators.

Christopher Clark teaches corporate strategy at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University, Sydney, where, until 2006, he was the Director of Corporate and Executive Education. From 2002-2004 he was director of the MBA program.

In addition to teaching at tertiary level, Christopher Clark consults to leading Australian companies, across a broad range of industries, all of whom draw on his presentation, problem solving and facilitation skills.

An outstanding strategic thinker and facilitator, and an entertaining presenter, in 1999, Christopher Clark was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Outstanding Teaching Award in recognition of his teaching skills.

Christopher was raised and educated in Sydney and the UK, he holds a B.V.Sc from Sydney University (1979), an MBA and an MA (Management Research Methods) from Macquarie University (1987 and 2007 respectively). In 2006 Christopher was awarded his PhD from Macquarie University for a thesis entitled 'Predictors of Success of Strategic Retreats: The impact of organisational approaches to strategic planning, event design, and demographic factors - a study in microstrategy'

Originally a practicing veterinarian, Christopher held senior marketing appointments in the office equipment and pharmaceutical industries (National Marketing Manager – Canon Australia) and (National Marketing Manager – Fisons Pharmaceuticals) before becoming an academic and consultant in the early 1990’s.

He has extensive international experience having completed his MBA at the Cranfield School of Management, U.K, taught MBA students in Hong Kong and Singapore and consulted to businesses in Asia, Europe and the United States of America.

Christopher Clark has worked as a facilitator for numerous clients including Claude Neon, Rogen, QBE Mercantile Mutual, Dairy Farmers, Garvan Institute, Macquarie Corporate Telecommunications, Kimberley Clark and The Kings School.
