Nataile Barr, Journalist, TV presenter and host.

Natalie Barr is the news presenter on Sunrise.

Natalie Barr studied journalism at Curtin University and later workied on breakfast radio in Perth while freelancing for the Nine Network.

Natalie Barr then worked for several years in Los Angeles at stations KABC, KTLA and KCOP. She won a Golden Mic for Best Newscast Writing in 1994 and a Los Angeles Area Emmy Award nomination for her work on KCOP's coverage of the OJ Simpson car chase.

It was on her return to Australia that Natalie Barr started at Channel 7 as an on-the-road reporter. For the next seven years Natalie covered some of the biggest stories in the country.

In 2002 , Natalie Barr became the Sunrise news presenter. She was involved in major live broadcasts like Cyclone Larry, the Beaconsfield rescue and the death of Pope John Paul 2 and Steve Irwin.

Nathalie Barr has hosted events such as the Diabetes Buzz Ball in Sydney, the Australian of the Year nominations and the Oakes Day Ladies lunch in Melbourne, as well as speaking about her media and life experiences at various charity events.
